Fleetridge, Point Loma

Fleetridge is a hilly neighborhood located just above Roseville, and named for its developer David Fleet, a son of Reuben H. Fleet. Developed in the 1950s, this neighborhood features curved, terrain-following streets and large custom homes.

Completely residential, Fleetridge is part of the Roseville-Fleetridge neighborhood (combined by the city for policing purposes), and bounded by San Diego Bay and Rosecrans Street on the east, Cañon Street on the south, Catalina Boulevard on the west and Chatsworth and Nimitz Boulevards on the north.

Neighboring communities are Point Loma Heights and Loma Portal to the north, Liberty Station to the east, La Playa and the Wooded Area to the south, and Sunset Cliffs to the west.
