Wake Up!!! The Market the Healing!!!

Many indicators show that the San Diego real estate market is healing.  

There are a few misconceptions out there that we think you should be aware of.  One of them is that there is going to be a lot more short sales and foreclosures on the market.  However the numbers show that this is not true.  We are actually experiencing a major decline in the number of Notices of Default since last year in every zip code in San Diego County.  What does this mean to you? There are less distressed properties on the market and more buyers competing to purchase the homes which are on the market. Less supply and more demand equals an increase in prices.
